Job Description
The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
* Develop and implement effective shopper marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
* Manage marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
* Coordinate with agencies to design impactful promotional materials.
* Monitor and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies.
* Work closely with retailers to ensure optimal brand visibility.
* Drive consumer engagement through innovative in-store marketing initiatives.
* Build and foster relationships within the UK Retail Space, special focus on Supermarkets and Garden Centres
The Successful Applicant
A successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Demonstrable experience and skill-set in a shopper marketing or similar role within the FMCG industry with a focus on UK Supermarkets
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
* A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to commute to the office in Solihull 2 days a week
