Our success is through Our People We are looking for a pastoral Mentor to work collaboratively with learners to provide mentoring support to address a range of barriers to their learning and to agree additional social, personal and emotional interventions to support behaviour, retention, attendance and punctuality, progression and achievement. You will be passionate about improving learning outcomes and able to engage with learners to promote and support independent learning. You must have excellent communication skills and experience of working with learners with a range of support needs. You will be qualified to A Level standard, or equivalent, and possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (C or above) (or equivalent qualifications) including Maths and English, and hold a Safeguarding qualification, or willingness to undertake one.
