Engineer Support Coordinator (Service Co-Ordinator)
Location - Newcastle. 5 days a week on site.
Package - up to £28k plus bonus, private health, enhanced pension + more.
This role is working directly for a telecoms service provider that is in a continued stage of growth. They are well funded and constantly winning new contracts with both the private and public sectors.
You will be joining a team of 8 in the Newcastle office and working in the service coordination team, which is located across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities:
1. Organising the field engineers' diaries and sorting out incoming requests to ensure that the engineers can get from one job to another without issues.
2. Organising paperwork and documentation to ensure that the engineers can access their various sites.
3. Arranging VISAs and ensuring that passports and travel documentation are up to date for engineers traveling abroad.
Your Background:
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong admin support background, ideally from telecoms, but we are open to other industries, provided you are willing to learn.
The office is based in Newcastle, so you must live within a commutable distance.
