The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
You will be competent in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel and Microsoft Teams and be able to demonstrate:-
1. Excellent customer service skills;
2. Experience of working as part of a team;
3. Excellent telephone manner;
4. Adeptness in using own initiative;
5. Experience of working in a busy environment;
6. The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively and efficiently whilst having the ability to remain calm under pressure;
7. A sound understanding of confidentiality within a healthcare setting;
8. Flexible with excellent communication skills.
9. Knowledge of NHS systems would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
