About the Role
As a Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Adult Support Coordinators. Your role will involve providing strong leadership, guidance, and high-quality support. We are looking for someone who can effectively apply a Strengths Based Approach and make evidence-based decisions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of others.
