Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Sales Office Manager for a permanent role based at our client's site in Preston.
The work will involve:
1. Managing a team of Sales Administrators
2. Providing training, recruiting new team members and conducting performance reviews
3. Managing the processing of Sales Orders by phone and email, generation of quotes
4. Using Excel, Word and updating the website
5. Building customer relationships
6. Strategic planning and monitoring market trends and competitor activity
7. Oversight of administration work, CRM management
The working times and pay:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 09:00-17:00
3. £28,000-33,000 per annum dependent on experience
4. Weekend overtime working at events on offer
5. Permanent role from Day 1
6. Various benefits including additional holidays, health insurance
Skills/Experience Needed:
1. Previous experience in a similar role as a manager
2. Manufacturing or textiles experience preferred
3. Proficient experience of Microsoft Word and Excel, SAGE and e-commerce platforms, preferably Magento 2
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Proactive approach and both leadership and managerial experience/ability
