Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client, a leading law firm, who are looking for a Records Administrator to join their professional offices in Sheffield City Centre. This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week and is fully office based covering a period of long-term sick leave. The duration of the role is currently undetermined. To be successful in the role the ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail orientated and have excellent record keeping skills. Accuracy is a key component of this role.
Daily duties and responsibilities include;
* Updating internal records management system
* Monitoring email requests for incoming and outgoing records
* Sending deed and file requests to offsite vendors as necessary
* Monitoring deliveries both in and out of the offices.
* Liaising with internal customers to ensure details on file are correct.
* Searching archive database for specific items.
* Completing physical checks of returned items to ensure everything is there.
* Logging all outgoing and returning items.
* General administration tasks.
