We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Clacton-on-Sea, seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join the team from September 2025 on a permanent contract.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Year 4 lessons that align with the National Curriculum
2. Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
3. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where all students can thrive
4. Maintain clear behaviour expectations and use consistent positive reinforcement strategies
5. Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency and high standards
6. Communicate effectively with parents, carers and external agencies when required
7. Take part in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development
