About us
You will be part of the newly designed Strategic Asset Management Team who are instrumental with shaping the current and future assets contained within the City. The service comprises Property Information, Property Management and Property Support services. All working as a team to deliver key property solutions within the City and wider communities.
About the Role
You will join the Senior Manager Team being a key voice representing your service area. Working closely with the Senior Manager and Head of Service, you will be part of service and efficiency transformations meeting the current and future demands on the team. You will be responsible for providing a successful property information, advice and research service. Leading and managing the team to deliver successful outcomes. You will have responsibility and overall management and development of the Council's Property Information system (Concerto) ensuring that data is regularly audited, updated and kept accurate. You will be responsible for allocating and reviewing caseloads to members of the team ensuring that Key Performance Indicators are met with the successful delivery of tasks.
About you
You will be an established leader, with the excellent technical skills to interpret land and property legal information. You will have extensive experience of managing property records and software database systems. A positive - can do attitude is essential for this instrumental role. Someone who can motivate the team to deliver a successful service across the Council and to key stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are also required to drive and shape a customer focused property information service.
