Purpose of the Role This role reports to Global Marketing & Communications Manager and will lead the promotion and communication of our technologies by developing and executing marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing R&D training programs, managing internal and external communications, and supporting Key Account Managers (KAM) in client-facing activities. The coordinator will also design presentations, provide media materials, and offer training on the benefits of our technologies to support commercial objectives. Additionally, they will gather and analyze market insights to enhance promotion efforts and collaborate with creative fragrance development teams to integrate our technologies into new projects. This role is open to candidates in any location with CPL entity. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of CPL technologies Coordinate and conduct training sessions for internal staff and external partners on product knowledge and sales techniques. Work with our training program: LMS (Learning Management System) Collaborate with the marketing team to produce and distribute communication materials about technologies Analyse industry trends and market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Write and publish content as needed and establish the website as an industry go-to source of information about our technologies Modify presentations, brochures and our innovative videos as needed Skills & Attributes Required Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the fragrance, beauty, or FMCG industries. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism. Passion and affinity for fragrances. Solid understanding of core marketing principles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering value. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. Proficient in using marketing tools and software. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
