The main role of the Regional Engagement Manager is to source and qualify prospective candidates and employers to offer our pre-employment ASF training courses to support unemployed individuals with the skills and qualifications to progress into sustainable employment. Main Responsibilities Source and interview potential candidates both face to face and by telephone, working with external stakeholders such as DWP/Charities/Training Providers/Community Groups/Restart to promote our range of courses and identify the needs of the local communities. Manage relationships with key suppliers, referral partners and organisations regionally to generate the maximum number of candidate referrals wherever possible. Ensure the candidate recruitment process is followed to guarantee a high-quality recruitment experience, deliver outstanding Information, Advice and Guidance to both internal and external customers and to meet this grade in observations. Attend learner recruitment, and marketing events to fill courses, build pipeline and candidate pool and actively promote the business, as well as be active on social media to promote our opportunities when and where required. The Ideal Candidate Experience in recruitment and networking, with knowledge of regional labour market requirements within Liverpool. Understanding and ability to confidently promote ASF courses and build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Full UK Driving License.
