Academic Appointments are working with a 'Good' School in Bradford to appoint a HLTA Progress Behaviour Mentor from Feb 25. This is a full-time vacancy and will be reviewed termly.
This is an exciting and challenging role which is a key part of the Schools Recovery Plan. The successful candidate will need patience and an ability to relate positively to young people, providing support to ensure the best possible outcomes as part of planning a response to school reopening post national lockdowns.
The successful candidate will have HLTA status or be willing to undertake HLTA training. You will be expected to prepare and lead learning across a range of subjects, implementing agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. This could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas and will involve the planning of lessons, management of data, and preparation of resources to work as directed in meeting the educational needs of pupils.
