Job Title: IT Risk Manager

Salary: Circa £63,000 plus executive car allowance depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
1. Tailoring, implementing and maintaining the risk management strategy, policies, procedures and plan for the programme in line with business process
2. Monitoring and auditing the quality, application and effectiveness of the risk management process including risk toolset and provide assurance to the programme and business
3. Ensuring effective risk management guidance and training packages are in place to support the risk team and programme
4. Advising and guiding programme/project management team on key risk issues facing the programme/project
5. Reviewing and challenging risk data
Your skills and experiences:
1. Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Risk Management (tools, techniques, practices) and good knowledge within an IT environment
2. Strong analytical skill set with proven ability to integrate, interpret and articulate risk information across multiple project areas
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide and influence at a senior level internally and externally
4. ISO9001 or similar would be advantageous

The IM&T Governance and Assurance team:
The team is responsible for supporting all aspects of the submarine programmes and functions business IT systems and users, in accordance with the group operational framework. As part of the IM&T Governance & Assurance team, you'll develop and implement a new risk management strategy for IM&T. This involves assessing current risk management practices within IM&T, aligning them with the enterprise risk management practices led by project management & controls, overseeing enhancements, and managing ongoing IM&T risk management efforts. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
