Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Surveyor to join a dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in property management and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of properties.
Support senior surveyors in preparing reports, valuations, and presentations.
Conduct site inspections and contribute to property assessments.
Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
Help manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of property management practices. Qualifications:
Degree in Property Management, Surveying, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Or experience in residential / commercial property management or FM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
