MAK Jobs are looking for a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our team. The role is for those with longer term ambitions and who want progression. Working hours: 08.30 - 17.00 - Monday to Friday ( although flexibility is essential for this role) Salary: up to £25,000 per annum Location : Rugby The Role: Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal records Answering incoming calls and emails Greet office visitors, answer, and direct phone calls Updating excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy Assist colleagues whenever necessary Screening resumes and applications Conducting phone screenings Document checking to ensure compliance with all legal requirements Referencing candidates Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
