Job Title: KS3 Cover Supervisor

Your Role:
* Supervise and manage Key Stage 3 classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, fostering engagement and participation among students.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures.
* Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership to provide feedback on student progress and any issues arising during cover sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Experience working with Key Stage 3 students is desirable.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work with different classes and subjects.
* Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education would be advantageous.
* Right to work in the UK.
