An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Nurse to lead a skilled and enthusiastic nursing team at a modern, purpose-built veterinary practice in Doncaster. This role is ideal for an experienced and confident veterinary nurse with a passion for leadership, clinical excellence, and team development.
Role Overview
The position requires an individual who is:
1. Experienced in clinical veterinary nursing and confident in all aspects of patient care.
2. Self-motivated, approachable, and able to inspire and engage a team.
3. Committed to supporting the development of RVNs, students, and VCAs through mentoring and guidance.
4. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and clinical standards.
Working hours are flexible, with the choice of a 4 or 5-day workweek, 8-10 hour shifts, and participation in a 1:4 weekend rota.
