Role Overview
The position requires an individual who is:
• Experienced in clinical veterinary nursing and confident in all aspects of patient care.
• Self-motivated, approachable, and able to inspire and engage a team.
• Committed to supporting the development of RVNs, students, and VCAs through mentoring and guidance.
• Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and clinical standards.
Working hours are flexible, with the choice of a 4 or 5-day workweek, 8-10 hour shifts, and participation in a 1:4 weekend rota.
