Across Technology Delivery, our goal is to deliver innovative solutions that leverage technology to meet our clients' needs effectively. We design and deliver solutions, define new business models, and collaborate on proof of concepts for emerging technologies.
Working in Technology Delivery, you will utilise your existing skills in combination with new skills that we will help you build to help design and deliver these solutions from concept through to a client business-enhancing reality. You will have the chance to be involved in different parts of the delivery lifecycle from helping shape the requirements and solution through to helping test and implement it.
Life as a Technology Delivery Analyst

As a Technology Delivery Analyst, you’ll use current and emerging technologies to shape the future. You’ll create and deliver custom-designed solutions, and will be involved in the design, build, test, and deployment phases of technology development projects for our clients. Working in Technology, you will work on a variety of roles that span the full development lifecycle, from business analysis, data, DevOps, through to quality assurance. As you progress in your career, you may decide you wish to develop your software engineering skills to work towards a career in full stack development or architecture, and we will equip you with the training and support to do so.
Whatever you’re doing one week, it could be very different the next week, as you’ll get the chance to move within a project or across projects of varying durations spanning a range of industries continually building up your knowledge and experience. When you feel it is right to focus on the area be that a discipline, technology, or industry or combination of these then you will be able to do that and build your career in that area. Regardless, you’ll be constantly using your problem solving and interpersonal skills and newly acquired technology skills to help deliver innovative solutions.

What we're looking for & where you'll work
To join our Technology Delivery graduate programme you will need to have achieved a degree in a STEM subject by the time you join us. You will have a genuine curiosity for technology, in particular an interest in modern technologies such as Generative AI and Automation. You will be able to demonstrate your potential for a career in technology throughout the assessment process.
We look for outstanding performers who have a passion for technology, who can demonstrate this in their studies, work experience or extracurricular activities. You’ll need to have a growth mindset and be curious about technology. You’ll also need to have a proactive, driven and self-empowering approach. Change is the only constant in our line of work, so you’ll need to be adaptable, agile, resilient, and able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands. A dedicated teammate, you’ll have excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and you’ll be confident presenting to various stakeholders.
Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building solid connections. You will need to live within commutable distance of your assigned office, and you will be expected to come into the office regularly. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 3 days a week (or more depending on business requirements).
