Main duties of the job
Join our new District Nurse Triage Desk
Band 5 & 6 Nurse roles available.
The DN Duty Desk has been set up to provide a telephone triage service to our patients to ensure that all their care needs are holistically assessed in order to signpost to the correct services and mobilise a visiting assessor in a timely manner.

Job responsibilities
Our bases are Abingdon Community Hospital and we will consider candidates wishing to work in Fiennes, Banbury.
The services currently operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with core hours of 08.00-18.30.
Shift patterns are 08.00-16.00, 10.30-18.30, or 08.00-18.30.

Qualifications
* Registered with NMC
* Nursing Degree
Experience
* DN experience
* IT Literate and use of IT systems
* Be able to travel to Abingdon or Banbury base
* Experience of EMIS
