Part Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 25 hours per week)
£19,500 per annum (£15ph)

CMD Recruitment are seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to support our client's team, based on the outskirts of Devizes. As a Finance and Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Matching purchase orders with invoices and raising discrepancies
2. Posting Purchase Invoices to SAGE Accounting system
3. Reconciling monthly Credit Card statements
4. Processing Commission Payments
5. Filing invoices
6. Assisting with Bank Reconciliations
7. Monitoring the Accounts 'In Box'
8. Assisting with Finance Administration
9. Monitoring and updating staff training records
10. Undertaking additional duties as required by management
11. Ensuring completion of Return-to-Work questionnaires following leave and sickness
12. Handling stationery and small ad-hoc office purchases
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in accounts
2. Strong knowledge of SAGE software
3. Proactive, motivated approach
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
