The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls and email correspondence, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle Phone Calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take messages and forward them to the appropriate person or department Manage Email Inbox: Monitor and respond to emails promptly. Sort and prioritise emails, flagging important messages for follow-up Office Administration: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Address enquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of £24,000 - £25,000 Opportunity for professional development and growth Company pension 20 days holiday Bank holidays Friendly and supportive work environment This is a full-time position.
