Your main duties when joining the team will include: Being the main point of contact for several lenders and ensuring you can deliver relevant knowledge on all aspects of real estate finance transactions. Working closely on dealing with all sorts of negotiation, due diligence, drafting and seeing matters through to completion. Handling post-completion procedures, such as registering with the Land Register of Scotland and Companies House. Ensure all clients receive a high-quality service and relevant market advice. This leading L500 team would ideally be looking for someone with Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience, but this is not essential.
