Description
You will be working as part of a small HR team and will be reporting into the HR Manager. Your role will be a mix of payroll and HR duties. You do not need experience of working in HR, as training and support will be provided.
Your Duties Will Include:
1. Payroll Duties:
1. Collating and sending the monthly payroll data for c. 150 employees, to the external payroll provider.
2. Liaising with managers and employees regarding hours worked.
3. Supporting the employees with their payroll queries.
4. Supporting the finance team with payroll queries.
5. Calculating holiday pay.
6. Producing payroll reports.
2. HR Duties:
1. Maintaining and keeping employees files and details updated.
2. Support with recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding.
3. Assisting with employee relations issues e.g. disciplinary and grievance.
