About the school A well-established SEND college that caters for KS5 aged students on a site with great facilities. The students here have a range of moderate learning needs, but they primarily cater to children who have ASC and struggle in a mainstream school setting. A positive and forward-thinking environment to work in, with a passionate and nurturing staff and leadership team who do all they can for the children in their care. Requirements To be considered for the role of SEND Teacher you will: Have the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit pupils with all abilities, whilst being able to build a strong rapport Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work within a larger team. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
