Please note this is a fixed term position until 31st January 2028 Working hours: 12 hours per week Interview Date: To be confirmed The Salvation Army is looking for a professional, organised and motivated individual to join the team based in Scarborough Corps in the role of Administrator supporting corps with corps administration and finances The role would suit someone who has excellent administration and organisational skills, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft is essential, with the ability to write and prepare a range of documentation and manage databases with understanding of finances processes ensure returns are undertaken on time to the Finances Department. The successful candidate will provide a varied and wide range of administrative and finance duties, Additionally, the successful candidate will be qualified to SVQ Level 2/5 GCSEs or equivalent or have equivalent work experience with excellent customer care skills and good attention to detail. An awareness of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements such as health and safety, data protection, safeguarding, equality and diversity A strong level of English – both spoken and written - and numeracy required You will be expected to work within the ethos of The Salvation Army and our values.
