Project Manager | Oxford | £50,000pa - £60,000pa plus benefits:
A Project Manager is urgently required by a highly successful University of Oxford spin-out who has developed disruptive engineering technology. This company has already raised significant funding which has resulted in rapid growth, product optimisation, with a new site opened locally. Due to this growth and customer demand for their innovative product, they now seek a talented Project Manager to be responsible for the project management of bespoke customer orders ranging in value from £50k all the way to multi-million pounds.
The role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, expediting and closing project activities related to the on-time delivery of all customer orders. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will maintain and manage primary communication with all stakeholders, including customers, and see every project through to its closure.
About you:
The Project Manager will need to possess the following experience or skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. PMP or equivalent project management certification.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Our client offers a competitive salary, £50,000pa - £60,000pa plus benefits, which includes a company contributory pension, death in service insurance, 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays.
