Are you a strong communicator with a passion for strategic and creative thinking, innovation, and excellence? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can lead and steer a team to produce remarkable creative results? Then E.ON Next is right for you! We are seeking an experienced and talented Creative Account Manager to join our team. This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to take responsibility for the end-to-end communications on key projects, managing internal stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.
Here's a Taste Of What You'll Be Doing:
* As a Creative Account Manager at E.ON Next, you will be responsible for the management of a range of projects, from brief writing to creative conception to execution, working with the internal GTM and Marketing teams, creatives, and third parties to bring ideas to life.
* Strategic thinking: Aligning on creative briefs with the Creative Producers and Project Managers and the internal marketing team, to ensure that the briefs landing on our creatives' desks are exciting and engaging. Driving them to deliver outside-the-box thinking at any given opportunity.
* Being the communication pro: We have got the creative thinking covered and end-to-end project management is in hand, but we need you to be the voice of reason between the creative team and the Marketing team, ensuring that we are delivering against their expectations while pushing the brief wherever we can.
* Stakeholder management: Our clients are our team, and you will be responsible for building super strong relationships with them, always keeping them in the know on their projects along the way. You need to be clear, diplomatic, and on the ball at all times, always being a step ahead and pushing the wider Production members to do the same.
* Always pushing for more: Alongside the Head of Creative Production and Creative Director, you will work with Marketing and GTM teams regularly to plan out the upcoming projects and the teaming and skill sets needed to deliver against them.
Are we the perfect match?
* Production management: While we have Project Managers and Producers, early on in projects you will be responsible for giving updates and suggestions on scoping, scheduling, and status updates across a range of projects so that the wider team can prepare for the project landing in workflow.
* Collaboration: Working with creatives, copywriters, and freelancers to develop ideas and messaging.
* Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and third-party production companies on large projects, and managing reviews and feedback rounds in a clear and consolidated manner. You must also be comfortable with managing challenging conversations about deadlines, creative asks, and challenging feedback.
* Customer Service: While we have a strong relationship with our Marketing team and GTM team, there is always room for improvement. You will be responsible for getting to know and understand the teams' needs and KPIs for the year and what we can do to support them in meeting these, relaying back challenges they face, changes in direction needed, or proactive thinking that we can consider to get ahead of the briefs landing.
* Creative / Technical understanding: While the Project Managers and Producers are across projects, you will still be expected to understand the nuances both within the industry and within the agency and the work we are producing. Media plan interrogation, individual specs questions, and explaining the process and how long things take are all within your remit, so a clear understanding of the fundamentals is required.
It Would Be Great If You Had:
* Proactive and Initiative-Driven: Approaches problems as opportunities, takes initiative, and enjoys expanding their role.
* Strong Communicator with Creative Excellence: Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a commitment to creative quality.
* Curious and Improvement-Oriented: Embraces learning, makes confident decisions, and is driven to improve continuously.
* Team Player with Collaborative Spirit: Committed to team success and thrives in collaborative environments.
* Adaptable and Tech-Savvy: Experienced with ASANA, open to new technologies, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
