Job role: MFL Teacher
Location: Redditch (B98) and Alcester (B49)

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an MFL Teacher (French and Spanish) to work across two Secondary Schools within the Redditch and Alcester area of Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will hold a UK QTS and be comfortable travelling between two different secondary schools and be happy with additional responsibilities where needed (planning and marking).
Core Teaching Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in one or more foreign languages (French and Spanish)
* Teach across Key Stages (KS3–KS5 depending on school) in line with the national curriculum and examination specifications.
* Assess pupils' progress through formative and summative assessments, providing feedback to support development.
* Prepare students for exams, such as GCSEs and A-Levels, ensuring curriculum coverage and exam readiness.
Daily Duties – MFL Teacher
* Plan lessons aligned to curriculum and student needs
* Teach engaging language classes (French, Spanish, etc.)
* Mark work and give clear, constructive feedback
* Track progress and update records
* Manage classroom behaviour calmly and consistently
* Differentiate tasks to support all learners
* Communicate with parents and staff as needed
* Attend meetings and training sessions
* Support extra-curriculars like language clubs or trips
