VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a Top 100 company based in Belfast to hire a part-time Credit Controller on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Transactional Finance team, reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance. Your main responsibilities will include managing daily and weekly billing cycles for a varied customer base and supporting the Billing Team.
Your key duties will include:
1. Producing daily and weekly billing cycles.
2. Setting up new customers promptly, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
3. Implementing Price Information Forms within NAV.
4. Identifying and resolving discrepancies causing delays in unbilled shipments.
5. Assisting in identifying and implementing potential process and procedural improvements.
6. Assisting in identifying and implementing potential improvements within the billing department.
7. Supporting the implementation of Business Central.
8. Assisting with EDI billing procedures.
This role is part-time, with working hours on Wednesday from 1 to 5 pm, and Thursday & Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate recent and relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and knowledge of Microsoft NAV is desirable.
