Job Description

We are looking for a new Team Leader who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Housing Manager, providing excellent customer service in the delivery of a range of housing management services including tenancy management, estate management, mid-market rent, allocations, and void management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing estate management, allocations/lettings, void management, and tenant engagement.
2. Leading a team to ensure the smooth delivery of services, maintaining high standards of performance and tenant satisfaction.
3. Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and best practices within social housing.
4. Overseeing the performance management process, monitoring outcomes, and delivering continuous improvements.
5. Collaborating with senior management to provide robust reporting and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. A relevant housing qualification (e.g., CIH Level 3 or equivalent).
2. Experience in social housing, with knowledge of current housing policies and procedures.
3. Experience of leading others to monitor and deliver continuous improvement across housing management services.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on tenant needs and engagement.
