Job Summary:
Are you passionate about driving consultative engagement and strategic partnerships? Do they have a knack for understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions? In this role, they will guide customers through the complete sales cycle offering innovative configurations and fostering long-term, value-based relationships.
Objectives:
* Drive Consultative Engagement: Identify and deeply understand client challenges, business goals, and ROI expectations.
* Accelerate Business Growth: Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets through consultative selling and strategic partnerships. Expand footprint by forging new relationships in key global markets.
* Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and after-sales support for each solution. Maintain regular communication to anticipate client needs and deliver ongoing value.
* Contribute to Strategic Positioning: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and service teams to refine their turnkey OOH offering. Share market insights to enhance their strategic direction and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultative Selling & Solution Design: Assess customer needs through in-depth discovery sessions. Develop customised proposals that integrate their hardware, software modules, and services.
* Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of challenges.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with customer expectations. Provide feedback on market trends and user requirements.
* Reporting & Strategic Input: Track and analyse sales performance metrics. Produce regular reports for management and contribute to strategic planning by forecasting market opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
* Consultative Mindset: Ability to translate customer challenges into solution-based approaches, emphasising long-term value.
* Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with logistics operations, SaaS solutions, Retail Tech or OOH technologies.
* Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and convey them to diverse stakeholders.
* Commercial Acumen: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a solution-selling environment. Strong negotiation skills.
* Collaboration & Relationship Building: Skilled at working across multiple departments and international teams, fostering trust and synergy.
* Adaptability & Results Orientation: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace. Driven to achieve tangible outcomes while maintaining integrity and customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years in consultative sales, key account management or business development within logistics, retail software solutions, or similar industries.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred but not essential; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
* Work Authorisation: Must have right to work in the UK and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
