Join Our New 14-Bed Residential Men's Program Opening May 2025!
Bridgemark is expanding! We are launching a new 14-bed residential program for men in May 2025 and are looking for a Residential Program Manager to lead this initiative. If you are passionate about recovery services, program development, and creating a supportive treatment environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the new residential program, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Train, supervise, and support residential staff to maintain a professional and cohesive team.
3. Foster a strong recovery community through structured activities, crisis intervention, and engagement.
4. Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the residential facility.
5. Maintain licensing and accreditation standards through audits, inspections, and policy implementation.
6. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral sources to support program growth.
Qualifications:
1. Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP)
2. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
3. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
4. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
5. Licensed Independent Practitioner authorized to provide behavioral health services
Required Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree in social work, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field is required (master's degree preferred).
2. A minimum of five years of experience in program management or leadership within a substance use treatment or behavioral health setting.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Experience in policy development, grant writing, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
5. A deep commitment to recovery services, program growth, and fostering long-term client success.
