About The Role: Our client, a renowned international creative studio, are currently seeking an experienced and driven Document Controller to join their team in London on a fixed term contract for around 18-24 months. This studio specialises in pioneering design projects worldwide. Within this role, your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with Project Leads to implement effective control systems and oversee the internal correspondence distribution process, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally. This is an exciting and newly established role within the studio, requiring daily engagement across multiple projects. The position holds a pivotal role in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. You will be stepping into a dynamic and sociable environment within a leading international design studio who offer a holistic benefits package and a fun and inclusive work culture Key Responsibilities: Manage and refine document control systems, ensuring effective distribution, retrieval, and archiving Ensure documents are consistently updated, reviewed, and approved in line with company standards Perform regular audits to verify compliance with internal and external guidelines Collaborate across departments to meet project-specific documentation needs Serve as the go-to person for all document-related concerns Work closely with project teams to address documentation needs promptly Assist in training team members on document management practices and systems as required Key Skills/Requirements: Previous experience in document control or a comparable role, ideally within architecture Familiarity with document control platforms, particularly Aconex Keen eye for detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management capabilities Skilled in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work autonomously and within a team setting To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
