SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000 PRO-RATA, PLUS PENSION

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support with the day-to-day clerical tasks that are vital in supporting our apprenticeship programmes. This is a varied and fast-paced role, so a calm and logical approach is a must!
You will provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team, facilitating the processes that ensure the learner is on-boarded onto the correct programme, registered, and can complete end point assessments, with a focus on working with End Point Assessment organisations. You will work as part of a Business Support Team, ensuring the needs of the business are met within the wider clerical and administrative duties.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support for the department as needed.
2. Liaise with End Point Assessment organisations to ensure learners are registered and confirmed for end point assessments.
3. Deal with customer enquiries and actively promote the products and services offered by Hart Learning and Development.
4. Ensure that appropriate records are kept and updated in accordance with internal and external requirements.
5. Ensure finance processes including purchase order requisition and invoicing are carried out correctly, working closely with the finance team to ensure all processes are followed and compliance maintained.
6. Build relationships with a range of new and existing suppliers to maximise cost savings where possible.
7. Ensure curriculum events are effectively organised and always deliver a professional service to customers.
