The ideal candidate will have:
1. Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People
2. Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children's residential home
3. Handles pressure with ease
4. An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
