Office Coordinator / Administrator

Skills required
* Organised with experience supporting multiple departments
* Be proactive and solutions orientated
* Detail-orientated with strong IT skills
* Excellent communicator comfortable talking with Directors, team, and externals
Duties:
* Managing the general office, including ordering of team stationary/other items coordinating meetings
* Being the main point of contact for personnel within the company and external parties
* Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation
* Maintenance and organisation of company records
* Scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company/refreshments
* Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables
* Operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers and computer
* Direct IT inquiries to external IT company
* Organising itineraries including travel and corporate events within the team
* Conducting new starter set up, including IT and some gernal HR Support
* Be the general first point of contact for the team
* Management of the HR system and holiday calendar
Ideal experience:
Administrator / office coordinator in busy environments where you can adapt to change.

Location:
* Nottingham, towards J26 of the M1
* Monday to Friday working hours (40 per week)
* Office first policy, with flexibility for 1 day working from home
* Salary £25-30,000
