We're on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and passionate individual to step into the role of Marketplace and Export Manager on a fixed-term contract If you love working across multiple regions and categories—from Equestrian to Denim —this is the job for you As part of our ambitious team, you'll be managing key marketplace retailers while growing our export business across EMEA. Working with exciting accounts like Next PLC and Zalando, you'll dive into forecasting, product flow, and using data to drive decisions. You'll also help us take new opportunities to market and ensure we shine in the Equestrian, Western, Country, Denim and Workwear categories. What You'll Be Doing: - Own and manage key accounts like Next PLC and Zalando from start to finish—forecasting, product flow, and data analytics. - Open new distribution points and drive growth according to our strategic plan. - Develop and execute a long-term marketplace strategy, showcasing our brand in the most premium way. - Perform market analysis, keeping us ahead of trends and opportunities. - Build strong relationships with our internal teams to support exciting business initiatives. - Execute our export strategy for the EMEA region, managing agents and distributors to ensure they align with our brand vision. - Travel to key markets to discover new growth opportunities and understand local dynamics. - Support retailers with strong brand presence both online and in-store. - Bring your A-game to account meetings—armed with market insights, data, and all the details needed for success. What We're Looking For: We need someone with 6 years of sales experience who knows the European market like the back of their hand. You'll be a confident decision-maker, problem solver, and team player, with a flair for analytics and communication.
