As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technical issues, from desktop support to advanced networking and security challenges. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, and provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical skills in areas such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, and PowerShell.
2. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
3. Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
