What the Job Involves Managing a caseload, including those with high levels of risk. Conducting Safeguarding investigations and attending case conferences. Handling case work for customers with non-complex needs under manager supervision. Accepting referrals, conducting screenings, and providing information, advice, and initial assessments. Reviewing and reassessing customers with long-term, low-level needs within statutory timelines. Collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver positive outcomes for individuals. Proactively preventing harm and supporting vulnerable adults in various hubs within the Royal Borough of Kingston.
