NHS Western Isles is looking to employ Primary Care Coordinators to support the call and recall for Primary Care Services which includes Vaccinations and provide support to nursing teams operating within the services.
Tasks will range from scheduling, booking appointments, dealing with public enquiries by telephone and email and general administration support to the teams operating within the primary care improvement services.
The post holder must have previous experience of working in an office environment and have excellent IT skills, good communication and organisational skills and experience of administration systems, accurate data input and must be able to demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative but also as part of a wider operations team.
A qualification in Business Administration or Office Management – SVQ level 3 is essential.
