Job Role:
Support Worke
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. PMVA Trained – Essential
2. Minimum 3 years in the country .
3. 6 Months as a mental health support worker– Essential
4. 2 years of references – Essential
5. Experience with children between the age 11-18 – Essential
6. Right to work in the UK – Essential
7. A Registered DBS (On Update service) – Desirable
8. Immunisation (Serology reports of Hep B Antibody- within the last 5 years with titre level, Measles, Rubella, Mumps, Varicella, TB/BCG Scar) – Essential
9. A full UK driving license – Essential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
10. Provide high-quality care to individuals with complex needs in a safe and secure environment.
11. Effectively manage and de-escalate situations involving violence or aggression.
12. Administer medications, assist with personal care, and perform other healthcare tasks as required.
13. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
14. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and daily activities.
15. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
16. Previous experience in a similar role working in violent and aggressive environments is essential.
17. Must be available on short notice to accommodate changing schedules.
18. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving client needs.
19. Local candidates preferred.
20. A valid driver’s license may be required.
