As a HR Manager, you will:
Keep abreast of internal and external developments to ensure continuous improvement of Company's policies and practices.
Manage the social welfare aspect of OSI in the UK plant, ensuring compliance against the audit requirements
With support of the divisional Learning and Development function, manage and develop employee performance to the highest possible standards.
Provide coaching on best practices to all managers continually developing leadership abilities and self-awareness.
Ensure legal compliance with all appropriate regulations and processes, ensuring managers are appropriately informed were applicable.
Ensure that the site is continually strengthened by appropriate and considered recruitment and successful appointments.
With support of the divisional L&D function, ensure the site has the appropriate skills and expertise needed to operate effectively by delivering effective resourcing and talent management.
Ensure the delivery and management of the company induction programme enables all new and temporary employees to be fully integrated into the business during their probation period.
Ensure all training is assigned and up to date.
Look for ways to continually improve employee engagement, including employee wellbeing.
Ensure that all accurate and up to date employee records are available on the HRIS.
Ensure accurate monitoring of pay and benefits, in order to provide up to date information to the company pay review process.
Ensure employee's performance is regularly reviewed and personal development promoted by all managers
Oversee the maintenance of job descriptions
Take ownership for the fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice and new developments.

Oversee the payroll function
Continually develop and strengthen the HR function and its delivery
A successful HR Manager will have:
Experience working within the Food industry as a HR Professional.
Managerial skills, ability to lead a HR team
Critical Thinking skills

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
