We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Staff Nurse/ODP in Woodend Theatres in Anaesthetics & Scrub. This is an elective Orthopaedic Suite with 6 theatres and 2 recoveries - 12 beds in total in recovery.
The post is full-time although part-time may be considered.
We care for patients who are receiving Orthopaedic procedures. The surgery which is mostly elective with some trauma is very wide and includes a variety of procedures from shoulders to feet. We also do neck surgery, spinal surgery, and tumour surgery. We presently work Monday to Friday.
Experience is an advantage but not essential as in-house training will be given. You will be required to complete competencies.
