Role Overview
Are you a creative mastermind with a knack for crafting compelling digital content? Academy of Digital Industries is looking for an ambitious, creative, and data-driven Content Manager to join our growing team in the UK Division.
In this key role, you will work as a pivotal member of the digital team. As our Content Manager, you'll be at the helm of creating, planning, developing, and managing all digital content for ADI UK. Your creative expertise will help us produce impactful content that captivates our audience and drives traffic while supporting our organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines. This strategy should establish clear goals and metrics for success.
2. Build and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content across various digital platforms.
3. Prepare monthly content timelines.
4. Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with the potential to expand to additional channels in the future.
5. Collaborate with other team members (Graphic Designer, Copywriter) to create and oversee the creation of visually compelling and multimedia-rich content assets.
6. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless communication with the target audience and align marketing messages with Sales communication.
7. Continuously monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions. Utilize these data-driven insights to formulate recommendations that optimize content strategy.
8. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats. Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis.
9. Provide regular reports to the Head of Digital on the performance of the content marketing strategy and its alignment with company objectives.
Minimum Requirements
1. 4+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Extensive knowledge of social media strategy creation and execution.
4. Deep knowledge of content creation techniques.
5. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices, such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
6. Familiarity with task management platforms (Monday.com, Trello, etc.).
7. Data-driven approach with experience in content analytics.
8. Strategic planning and excellent time management skills.
9. Leadership skills.
10. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
