Pay Rate: £179 to £240 Per Day (Inside IR35)
About the Role
Join our client team as an Alarm Monitoring Agent, where you'll proactively monitor customer equipment, deliver first-line technical support, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage customer equipment to prevent and resolve faults.
* Provide first-line technical support and log/update tickets accurately.
* Collaborate with teams to meet SLAs and performance targets.
* Communicate effectively with customers, handling updates and escalations.
Essential Skills
* Technical fault coordination with IT/communications knowledge.
* Strong customer focus and PC skills (MS Office).
* Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic settings.
* Experience using Salesforce and event management systems.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Salesforce or alarm tools like Manitou and What's Up Gold.
Eligibility
