Assistant Director Business Development
Location: Permanent, Belfast
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 per annum
About Bryson Care: Bryson Care is a £15m business that employs a dedicated team of over 600 staff who serve more than 60,000 individuals annually. As a key member of the Bryson Care Senior Management team, the Assistant Director Business Development reports directly to the Director of Care.
The Assistant Director Business Development is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of Bryson Care. This role involves identifying new opportunities to generate revenue, enhance profitability, and drive business growth. The individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and commissioners to enact meaningful changes in the sector and support the organisation's mission.
Essential Criteria
1. A minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Development Management role
2. Experience of partnership working and as part of a team to achieve common priorities/goals
3. Experience in developing, managing, coordinating and implementing projects or services
4. Strong networking and relationship building skills
5. Education: Bachelor's degree
Desirable Criteria
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
