Business Development Manager
Location: Swindon, England
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + commission + car allowance (£5,000)
The territory is within a 70-mile radius of Gloucestershire.

They’re looking for someone who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch, picking up the phone, booking meetings, pitching high-value opportunities, and closing deals. This is a high-performance sales environment with serious earning potential for someone who’s ready to own it.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate business opportunities and profitable sales.
2. Develop and build new business relationships within the specified target market/verticals.
3. Actively seek to understand target markets, industry operations, and market strategies to attract new clients.
4. Meet and exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
5. Prepare proposals and quotes supporting your sales.
6. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
7. Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets.
8. Contact potential clients via email, social media, or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
9. Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations to articulate solutions and return on investment.
10. Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
About You
Minimum qualifications:
1. Experience in B2B Sales.
2. Experience in workplace solutions preferred.
3. Knowledge of a structured sales process.
4. Ability to quickly build and grow customer relationships.
5. Experience in developing cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external clients.
6. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
7. Business acumen and commercial awareness.
8. Influential in negotiation and communication.
