Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client is looking for someone to oversee the administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks. This is a full-time role, fully office-based, with scope to grow and develop as the business achieves its ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Manage the office procedures and policies to maintain an organised and efficient work environment.
3. Review the existing procedures for their accreditations and fine-tune them to simplify the process.
4. Support the Finance Director with a variety of tasks.
5. Provide support with the implementation and testing of the new software they will soon be migrating to.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Good IT literacy.
2. Exceptional management and communication skills.
3. A basic understanding of HR practices and procedures.
4. Experience of using QuickBooks would be advantageous but not essential.
