We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our Clearway production team. In this role, your primary task will be to conduct production tests on the Clearway 2 cough assist device. You will also resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will contribute to process improvements, support team training, and assist with key projects. Main responsibilities
1. Conduct production verification tests and resolve quality issues.
2. Maintain accurate test documentation and regulatory records.
3. Report results and assist in addressing quality trends.
4. Identify and segregate defective parts for quarantine.
5. Suggest and implement productivity and quality enhancements.
6. Participate in R&D, QA investigations, and regulatory projects.
7. Ensure compliance with ESD protocols and regulatory standards.
8. Train new team members and assist with device assembly.
9. Support supervisors with projects and data collection.
10. Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Compliance & Reporting
1. Complete reports, data input, and monitor KPIs.
2. Follow company procedures and quality standards.
This is a hands-on role focused on quality, improvement, and teamwork.
To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.
* Test and fault-finding experience in electronics-based devices, preferably in a highly regulated or the medical industry.
* Experience in programming devices, calibration, functional testing, soak and PAT testing desirable.
* Familiar with working within a quality management framework, preferably ISO13485.
* History of working on a time-constrained production line.
* Computer systems literate – track history of keeping accurate records.
* Device assembly knowledge.
* Good interpersonal, teamworking, and communication skills.
* Quality driven.
