Our client is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting to their customers. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality 2nd line support to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Assist with remote access support for clients
Log and track all customer support inquiries and documentation
Conduct onsite visits when necessary
Install and configure new systems and software for businesses
Support other team members as required
Experience Required for This Role:
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a 1st line support role, with exposure to 2nd line support
Strong understanding of Networking with SQL
Solid customer service background with excellent communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
